The Region of Western Greece, in terms of a regional government organisation unit, has the overall responsibility of planning, monitoring and contracting the different projects comprising the Regional Operational Programme of Western Greece. The Region of Western Greece stretches from the northwest part of the Peloponnese to the western tip of the Greek mainland.
